Note: Libbey does like other dogs, but, can be choosy about who she likes, therefore, she can only be adopted within two hours of her foster home in Des Moines, Iowa..

Libbey is a wonderful dog with a strong love for people. While she gets along well with other dogs, she truly prefers the company of humans. In fact, Libbey often acts as though she is one of the people herself, embracing every opportunity to spend time with them and be a part of their lives. Libbey will chase cats so we do not recommend you have cats in the her home.  We haven't had her around children but our suggestion is not to place her in a home with small children.  

Libbey does make demands to be on the couch or on the bed and will jump right on up them.  Because she will jump up quickly, her new home must understand the dangers of letting her jump up and down so as not to injure her back.
