Red

The red Dachshund can be a solid color red that ranges from a light red to a rich red. Reds can also show black hairs ranging from none, to few to many, called an overlay.

Black and Tan

The black and tan Dachshund has the distinct mask of tan with a rich black coat. Muzzle patterns can range from a small amount of tan to a larger coverage of tan.

Wild Boar

Wild Boar is a a two-toned hair with a black base and a lighter top color. It is also known as agouti in other species. Wild Boar can be 2, 3 or 4 color shades in their hair.
