Volunteer
Volunteer for Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue (CCDR)
We are always happy to have volunteers help our organization and there are many ways to do this. You can volunteer to help the organization by helping a member at a fundraiser, offering to help transport, helping to get the information about adoption out to the public, or, you can be a foster home, one of our most needed areas of help. Fostering is a rewarding way to help. Yes, it can be emotional, but you're helping a dog who needs a new home and being an integral part of having that happen. If you are able to foster, we would love to discuss this with you.
Ways to volunteer:
- Volunteer - This can be anything from helping with fundraising, transporting, networking, etc. To volunteer, fill out the form below.
- Be a Foster Home - This is a very rewarding and important to any rescue. Allowing us to put a dog in your home for assessment, training, and allowing them to decompress from a situation where they've lost their home is one of the most important things that can happen for that dog. We'll do the vetting requirements and then, through the application process, find them a new home. For more information, visit our Foster Home page.
- Become a Member - We're always looking for responsible people to help CCDR and help Dachshunds in need find their forever home. For more information please visit the Membership Page.
