Redstripe Books
by Jack Magestro
ABOUT THE BOOK
Redstripe and Other Dachshund Tales is a collection of five stories
about the antics of the comical little hounds sometimes known (by those
who don’t really understand them) as "Weiner Dogs." It is based on the
travel adventures of the author, a retired educator, and his experiences
with this loving and popular breed of dogs.
Anyone around the globe who has ever been "owned" by one or more of
these dogs will identify immediately with these little canines; Redstripe,
Belle, Bernard, Lampshake and the rest. They all are true to the dachshund
breed and therefore run rings around their human companions while proving
what fools people can really be.
